CE Brands (CEBI) has expanded its distribution into Central and Eastern Europe and South Asia.

Subsidiary eBuyNow eCommerce entered into the agreements with Aitonix and Smile Market.

Smile Market will focus on Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, while Aitonix will focus on Romania, Greece, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Ukraine.

The company will grant the distributors initial rights to its smartwatches, including the Moto Watch 100, which is part of a new line from Motorola.

Aitonix and Smile Market will serve as exclusive authorized distributors of certain CE Brands products for a period of two years.

The news follows CE Brands’ recent expansion into Central and South America and the Caribbean.

“These new agreements reflect the global appeal of our Motorola-branded smartwatch product line and our commitment to expand CE Brands’ presence in global retail markets,” stated Craig Smith, CEO of CE Brands.
