CE Brands (CEBI) has expanded its sales channels into Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Subsidiary eBuyNow eCommerce entered into distribution agreements with Smile Market, DPC DO Brazil and LUXAMERICA S.A.

CE will appoint each distributor as eBuyNow’s exclusive distributor of certain CE products for two years with potential for extensions. It will initially grant them distribution rights to CE smartwatches, including Motorola’s Moto Smartwatch line.

“Motorola is a leading iconic brand and has one of the most recognizable brands in South and Central America,” stated Craig Smith, CEO of CE Brands. “The distributors anticipate strong initial demand for our Motorola-branded smartwatch product line and we look forward to continuing to work closely with both our distribution partners and Motorola to further our expansion into retail markets.”
