Zentek (ZEN) has closed its bought deal public offering and concurrent private placement for gross proceeds of $33 million.

The company issued 4,424,050 common shares at a price of $5.20 per common share and a total of 1,924,812 common shares pursuant to the private placement.

The net proceeds from the previously announced offerings will be used for capital expenses, research and development, acceleration of business growth opportunities and working capital.
