Xigem Technologies (XIGM) has announced plans to tailor its iAgent software for FluBusters Inc.

FluBusters Inc. provides industrial-grade cleaning and decontamination services to companies. Its clients include governments, hospitals, schools, assisted-living homes, and other institutions.

The market for industrial cleaning is projected to reach US$65.5 billion worldwide by 2025, and services offered by companies like FluBusters represent a growing focus on maintaining clean and healthy work environments.

The development of the iAgent cloud-based software will allow FluBusters teams to respond quickly and provide customers with regular updates.

Xigem will work with FluBusters to help manage inbound customer inquiries, match them to available personnel, track the availability of teams and equipment, and optimize deployments.

Brian Kalish, co-founder and CEO of Xigem Technologies, commented that “The decontamination services FluBusters provides are an excellent illustration of the importance of managing teams and customer service remotely.”

“Most inquiries require a rapid response, employees are continually on the move, and customers need regular updates on timing. We anticipate that our technology platform can help FluBusters continue to successfully manage its growth,” he added.

iAgent is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that Xigem will license to FluBusters for a recurring monthly licensing fee once the customization is complete.

It is estimated that the SaaS market will grow to approximately $300 billion globally by 2026, according to a Valuates Reports estimate completed in June 2020.

Xigem Technologies is a SaaS technology platform, with software capable of improving the capacity, productivity, and overall remote operations for businesses, consumers, and other organizations.

Xigem Technologies (XIGM) is currently down 3.33 per cent at C$0.29 per share, as of 10:58 am ET.
