Wilton Resources (WIL) has announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of at least $250,000.

The company will issue units priced at $0.75.  Each unit will include one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of $1.00.

The corporation may pay a finder’s fee or similar payment in connection with the offering.

The offering is conditional on the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals

All securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Wilton Resources is an oil and gas exploration and development company with operations in Canada. The company is pursuing oil and gas properties in various locations including the Middle East and Africa. It derives revenue from the sale of Crude oil, Natural gas and Natural gas liquids.
