Wilton Resources (WIL) has announced a non-brokered private placement.

Units will be priced at $0.35 for gross proceeds of a minimum of $185,000. Each unit will include one common share and one purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share for C$0.40 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the offering.

No commission, finder’s fee or similar payment will be paid by the corporation in connection with the offering.

Completion of the offering is subject to certain conditions including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The offering price remains subject to change.

Common shares and purchase warrants issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months.

Wilton Resources Inc is an oil and gas exploration and development company with operations in Canada. The company is pursuing oil and gas properties in various international locations including the Middle East and Africa. 

Wilton Resources Inc. (WIL) is unchanged, trading at C$0.36 per share at 2:35 pm ET.
