Wilton Resources (WIL) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $770,750.25.

Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share.

The corporation paid finders fees consisting of a cash payment and 18,690 non-transferable warrants.

The proceeds from the offering will be for general corporate purposes and as a reserve to pursue the potential acquisition of an international oil and gas property.

Wilton Resources Inc is an oil and gas exploration and development company with operations in Canada. The company is pursuing oil and gas properties in various international locations, including the Middle East and Africa.
