Wilton Resources (WIL) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $252,000.00.

Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.48 for a period of 24 months following the closing of the offering.

No commissions or finder’s fees were paid in connection with the offering.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and as a reserve to pursue the acquisition of an international oil and gas property.
