Immersive Technologies, a Victory Square Technologies (VST) portfolio company, has received conditional approval to list on the CSE under the symbol VRAR.

The CSE conditional listing approval is another major milestone for Immersive as it has seen substantial growth over the past twelve months.

Tim Bieber, Immersive’s CEO, commented on the conditional listing.

“We’ve assembled a visionary team of change-makers in our industry, and have all the ingredients to become one of the leaders in the Location-Based Entertainment space and one that could shape the next evolution of entertainment,” he said.

Immersive Technologies is an industry leader in blending amusement park engineering and video game development.

It recently launched UNCONTAINED, the world’s first COVID-safe AR/VR location-based entertainment franchise.

In keeping with Victory Square Technologies’ vision to maximize shareholder value, the company is launching a strategic dividend reward initiative.

This initiative will distribute a portion of Immersive Technologies’ common shares currently held by Victory Square technologies to its shareholders.

“This spin-off of Immersive will provide value to our shareowners,” said VST CEO Shafin Diamond Tejani.

“Our team is very excited about the conditional listing of Immersive,” he added.

Victory Square Technologies is a venture accelerator that incubates and finances best-in-class technology entrepreneurs.

Victory Square Technologies (VST) is up 2.22 per cent, trading at $0.46 per share as of 3:28 pm ET.
