Urbanimmersive (UI) has acquired all the interests of Homevisit.
Urbanimmersive acquired the interests of the real estate photography agency from Corelogic Solutions, LLC, for a purchase price of C$9.0M.
The purchase was satisfied by issuing 9,287,707 common shares valued at $2.32M and a five-year promissory note in the principal amount of $6.43M, bearing annual interest at 7.50 per cent and capitalized to the note.
All shares issued are subject to a four-month minimum holding period.
HomeVisit, which is located in Chantilly, Virginia (USA), is a leading provider of marketing-focused real estate solutions, including property listing photography, videography, 3D tours, drone imagery, printing services and other related services.
Urbanimmersive develops and commercializes real estate photography technologies and services focused on redefining industry visual content standards.
The company’s operating segments include software (SaaS), 360 camera hardware and, in a growing number of North American cities, technology-powered real estate photography business units leading the industry photo-shoot standards transformation.
