Trillion Energy (TCF) has closed its previously announced public offering for gross proceeds of $22,486,439.

Trillion Energy CEO, Arthur Halleran, sat down with Sabrina Cuthbert to discuss the capital raise.

The company intends to use the net proceeds to fund the development of the SASB gas fields, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Trillion is an oil and gas company with assets throughout Turkey and Bulgaria.
