Terra Firma Capital (TII) appoints Mike Kirchmair as a member of the corporation’s board of directors.

Kirchmair is the Chief Financial Officer of Great Gulf Group and brings 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, both corporate and global.

“We are pleased to welcome Kirchmair to Terra Firma’s Board of Directors,”

Dov Meyer, Executive Chairman.

Kirchmair has a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and obtained his  Master of Business Administration from McMaster University.

In the same breath, Jerry Patava, the Director of Great Gulf Group is leaving.

Patava joined the Terra Firma Board of Directors in 2017. Along with being a member of the Board, Patava served as the Investment Committee Chair and Governance, Compensation and Nomination Committee member.

During Patava’s time at Terra Firma, he made many contributions to the success and growth of the corporation through his extensive real estate and finance experience.

Patava and Kirchmair are representatives of Great Gulf Group, one of North America’s largest real estate developers and Terra Firma’s shareholders.
