Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (TERA) has extended the polymetallic sulphide vein system during step-out drilling at the Cumavici Ridge target.

The Cumavici Ridge target is on the Viogor-Zanik Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The system strike length has now been extended by approximately 50 metres west-northwest from the initial drill holes released from the Cumavici target.

CEO of Terra Balcanica, Dr. Aleksandar Miškovic, commented,

“The 2022 maiden drill program at Cumavici Ridge has been encouraging in confirming the hypothesis of identifying a shallow, high-grade polymetallic, epithermal vein-hosted mineralized system while confirming its down-dip and along-strike continuity.”

Two shallow holes, CMVDD004 and CMVDD005, highlighted the thickness of the visible massive sulphides, around 10 and 11 metres.

The highest value was found in hole CMVDD001 with 824.2 grams per tonne of silver equivalent over four metres. The system remains open down dip and along strike.

“It is very exciting to see the Cumavici Ridge target entirely open along strike allowing for continued step out and infill drilling… gained a strong understanding of the local geology, and there are a series of targets that will be tested to expand the mineralized system,” Dr. Miškovic said.

Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (TERA) is up 5.88 per cent, trading at $0.09 per share as of 1:19 p.m. EST.
