Tempus Resources (TMRR) has completed a non-brokered private placement and pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer for proceeds of approximately AU$4.9 million.

The private placement was announced nearly two months ago and included approximately AU$1.02 million through the issuance of 20.3 million fully paid ordinary Tempus shares for AU$0.05 per share. It also includes one new free attaching option for every placement share subscribed for and issued.

The entitlement offer from last month to Australian and New Zealand shareholders was made up of one fully paid ordinary share for every two shares held at an issue price of AU$0.05 per share, together with one free attaching option for every new share issued, raising approximately AU$3.9 million.

The entitlement options allow the holder to purchase one ordinary share at an exercise price of AU$0.075 for a three-year period.

Eligible shareholders who applied for their full entitlement under the offer were also able to apply for new shares more than their entitlement through a shortfall offer, which closed on September 6th. Subscribers of the shortfall offer applied for 39.8 million new shares raising gross proceeds of AU$1.99 million
