SureNano Science’s (SURE) common shares will begin trading on the CSE at tomorrow’s market open.

The company’s flagship product is SureNano, a ready-to-mix, food-grade compound that serves as a base for nano-emulsions that maximize bioavailability, clarity and taste.

The product’s use cases include cannabis edibles, oral sprays, topicals, tinctures and mixed powders, as well as products from other oil-soluble active ingredients such as turmeric extract and vitamin E.

SureNano is formulated to replace the first stage of digestion in the body, thus removing the digestive variability in the finished products.

The company has an exclusive license to distribute SureNano within Canada and Colorado.

It will go public with 21,457,800 shares issued and outstanding, of which 7,300,100 are subject to a three-year escrow restriction. It will release a total of 10 per cent on the listing date with an additional 15 per cent released every six months thereafter.

SureNano Science intends to become Canada’s leading nanotechnology-based cannabis delivery systems provider.
