Sugarbud Craft Growers (SUGR) is pleased to announce initial shipments of its Craft Cannabis Collection to the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch.

Sugarbud’s products are available now online at BCCannabisstores.com, Provincial BC Cannabis Stores and private retailers throughout B.C.

The LDB is responsible for the wholesale distribution of non-medical cannabis to private retailers and is the public retailer of non-medical cannabis throughout the province, under the brand BC Cannabis Stores (BCCS).

“We are delighted that Sugarbud’s Craft Cannabis Collection is now available in British Columbia,” stated Sugarbud’s CEO, John Kondrosky.

“British Columbia continues to rapidly expand consumer access to legal cannabis, and we very pleased to be a part of this exciting and dynamic market,” concluded Kondrosky.

On March 16, Sugarbud started the closing of its previously-announced bought-deal public offering pursuant to which it issued 76,670,500 units at a price of C$0.06 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds to Sugarbud of over C$4.6 million, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option.
