Stelmine Canada Ltd. (STH) has completed its non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,090,000.

For the second tranche, the company issued 7,880,000 units for $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,576,000.

Each unit issued consisted of one common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant.  Each full warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.30 until November 5, 2024.

Net proceeds of the private placement will be used to extend the current drilling program at Courcy and for general corporate purposes.

Stelmine Canada Ltd. (STH) is unchanged trading at $0.025 per share at 1:04 p.m. ET.
