Simply Better Brands’ (SBBC) No B.S. Skincare will sponsor UFC Champion Julianna Peña.

Peña won the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship last December and was named MMA Junkie’s Female Fighter of the Year.

The one-year sponsorship will drive brand awareness via social media integration, public relations activation and potential product collaborations.

As No B.S.’s brand ambassador, Peña will receive a US$100,000 engagement fee, a royalty fee of 10 per cent of gross revenue from certain No B.S. products, and a one-time bonus of US$25,000 if the campaign generates US$500,000 in gross revenue.

Each of these amounts is payable in cash or shares at the company’s discretion.

No B.S. remains focused on omni-channel expansion, which now includes a presence in Amazon and Target, as well as a commitment to enter CVS later this year.

“Julianna is the perfect partner to inspire people to break stereotypes and cut out all of the unnecessary, toxic B.S. they don’t need, starting with their skin care,” stated Diana Briceno, CEO and Founder of No B.S. Skincare.

“As a professional athlete and champion, the most important standard I set for myself is to be the best,” Peña added. “It’s an honor to be able to share my love for No B.S. with the public and help them benefit from these amazing products.”
