Peter Clausi, VP of Capital Markets for Silver Bullet Mines (TSXV:SBMI), sat down with Brieanna McCutcheon at PDAC 2022 to discuss updates at the Buckeye Mine.

Bringing the Buckeye Mine online is the company’s primary focus. The fully-funded mill is being commissioned. Test feed material will be added when the mill has been confirmed to operate correctly. As previously disclosed, the company has stockpiled lower grade ore at the mill site to serve as test feed. This will allow SBMI to fine-tune the mill while minimizing the risk of losing valuable metals to tailings.

It is anticipated the entire commissioning process will take a few weeks, following which processing of the higher grade material can begin.

Day-to-day challenges Peter identified include managing people and making sure things work. Peter doesn’t anticipate any major challenges going forward.

Silver Bullet Mines is focused on the discovery and development of mineral deposits primarily in Arizona with additional mineral properties in Idaho and Nevada.
