Sienna Resources (SIE) has begun the process of acquiring the Silver Peak South Lithium Project in Clayton Valley, Nevada.

The company has signed an option agreement with an arm’s length vendor to make the acquisition a reality.

The project consists of one contiguous block totalling approximately 1750 acres prospective for lithium.

The management of Sienna plans to commence work on this project early in 2023.

“We are very pleased to enter into this agreement for this new lithium project,” noted Jason Gigliotti, President of Sienna.

“We are very focused on the Clayton Valley of Nevada as it is home to the only producing lithium deposit in North America, and we are now one of the largest landholders in Clayton Valley,” noted Jason Gigliotti, President of Sienna.

“We expect to be very active in 2023 on these Clayton Valley lithium projects at a time when lithium demand and prices are near all-time highs,” he added.

Terms of the agreement include the payment of $10,000 within five days of signing the agreement and payment of $100,000 on or six months after the signing of the agreement. In addition, $150,000 will be paid on or 12 months after signing the agreement.
