Initially issued by Scryb on September 17, 2020, the warrants have an exercise price of $0.20 per common share.

The company has now given the warrants the amended expiry date of March 17, 2024, which translates to an additional period of eighteen months.

The exercise price of the warrants will remain unchanged.
