Robex Resources (RBX) has appointed Alain William as its Chief Financial Officer.

William has more than 25 years of financial experience, mostly as metals & mining analyst. He will join the company on June 17, 2022.

Benjamin Cohen Chief Executive Officer of Robex, commented on the appointment.

“I am pleased to welcome Alain to the Robex executive management team. Alain brings tremendous experience and proven judgment and will be a valuable contributor in guiding our company forward to build a multi-mine multi-country group in West Africa.”

William will lead Group’s finance and accounting team and report directly to Benjamin Cohen. William is replacing Mr. Augustin Rousselet, who remains the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Rousselet will focus his entire time and efforts on the Nampala operations and the future integration of the Sycamore project.

Robex Resources is an exploration and mining development company. It holds four exploration permits namely Kolomba, Mininko, Sanoula, and Kamasso are all located in Mali, in West Africa. The Nampala mine is a simple concentrator, completely geared towards the performance of the process.

Robex has implemented a corporate strategy that aims to take on mining projects that are relatively small in size compared to major players in the industry. The company is now striving to grow in West Africa by acquiring and developing new mines.

Robex Resources Inc. (RBX) remains unchanged, trading at C$0.37 per share as of 2:05 pm ET.
