RJK Explorations (RJX.A) has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $100,000.

The company issued 833,333 units priced at $0.12 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.25 for a period of three years.

The gross proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital and to fund exploration work on the company’s Cobalt Ontario Diamond Project.

All securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period ending June 18, 2022.

RJK Explorations is a mineral exploration company with a focus on diamonds gold, silver and base metals with its resource properties located in Ontario and Newfoundland.
