RevoluGROUP Canada (REVO) has provided an update on its recent $514,446 transaction and final crypto registration.

The company has received the TSX Venture Exchange’s approval to purchase the VIP Collection 182 domain names for $514,446.

The company stated it has settled on a purchase amount by issuing 2.63 million of its common shares for $0.195 apiece. The approval is also meant to benefit shareholders as it immediately ends the annual lease agreement for the domain collection, which began in 2018.

RevoluGROUP stated its yearly cash expenditure is now reduced by $131,674. The company stated that acquiring the domain assets allows the RevoluVIP Travel Club to continue.

The company describes these domain names and wesbites as the backbone of the RevoluVIP travel platform. The domains have been active for over 20 years.

The company also announced that it has submitted a final response to the Central Bank for its crypto registration.
