Puma Exploration (PUMA) has drilled visible gold at its Williams Brook Gold Property.

The company is releasing initial observations from its 2021 inaugural diamond drill campaign at the site.
The 100-per-cent-controlled Williams Brook Gold Property is located in New Brunswick.
The drill program is designed to trace the high-grade gold vein networks exposed at surface at the Lynx Gold Zone to better define any potential high-grade shoot gold system.
To date, four holes, totalling 524.5 metres have been drilled within the same section and collared over the high-grade gold mineralization at the Lynx Gold Zone.
“Few specks of visible gold were encountered in the first two holes that are currently logged and splitted adequately. All holes were collared in a strong altered and brecciated rhyolite and or altered sediments. Abundant quartz veins and large network of quartz veinlets were also observed showing pervasive sericite alteration with disseminated sulphides (galena, chalocopyrite, pyrite, sphalerite, stibinite and malachite) over more than 50 meters in each hole,” according to a company statement.
Puma Exploration has precious and base metals projects in early to advanced stages located in the Famous Bathurst Mining Camp in New Brunswick, Canada.
Puma Exploration is unchanged, trading at C$0.38 at 11:15 am ET.
