Psyched Wellness (PSYC) has signed a sales and distribution agreement with TruLife Distribution to sell/distribute Psyched’s product, Calm.
TruLife has national coverage and will accelerate Psyched’s proprietary Amanita Muscaria Extract (AME-1) product, Calm and all successive Psyched Wellness brands across multiple sales verticals.
The TruLife team will focus on facilitating listings and scale through 3rd party eComm marketplaces and retail chains.
Matthew Singh, Chief Commercial Officer of Psyched Wellness, commented on the announcement.

TruLife Distribution is a multi-disciplinary brand and distribution house. With longstanding industry relations in the United States, they can provide full-stack corporate support. The agreement with Psyched Wellness covers the warehousing, sale, and distribution of Calm (and successive SKUs). It also supports digital scale and annual planning.
Psyched Wellness is a Canadian-based health supplements company. It focuses on the distribution of mushroom-derived products and associated consumer packaged goods.
