Plurilock (PLUR) has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1,755,115.

Under the final tranche, the company issued 1,421,393 units at $0.14 per unit for gross proceeds of $198,995. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share at a price of $0.25 until January 16, 2025.

The final tranche was completed under the listed issuer financing exemption. Therefore the securities issued are not subject to a hold period 

Net proceeds raised will be used for general corporate purposes.

Plurilock offers world-class IT and cybersecurity solutions through its Solutions Division, paired with proprietary, AI-driven and cloud-friendly security through its Technology Division.

Plurilock Security Inc. (PLUR) is down 3.03 per cent, trading at C$0.16 per share at 1 pm ET.
