Pluribus Technologies has completed a C$25M equity financing.

The company engaged in two transactions, one brokered and one non-brokered, issuing 3,475,291 subscription receipts at a price of $6.75 per receipt.

Each subscription receipt will be converted into 0.134771 of one Series 1 Class A Pluribus common share, which in turn shall be exchanged for one resulting issuer share. It is anticipated that the common shares of the resulting issuer will be listed on the TSXV.

The offering was undertaken in connection with the business combination between Pluribus and Aumento Capital IX (AUIX.P), which constitutes the latter’s qualifying transaction.

The proceeds will be released from escrow as per the subscription receipt agreement, at which time they will be put toward acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes as per Pluribus’ existing business.
