Planet X Capital Corp. (XOX.P) has completed an initial public offering (IPO) of 2,000,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $200,000.

Following the closing of the offering, a total of 4,100,000 common shares are issued and outstanding, of which 2,100,000 are currently held in escrow.

The net proceeds of the offering, together with the proceeds from prior sales of common shares will be used to finance the completion of a Qualifying Transaction under the TSX-V’s capital pool company program.

Research Capital Corporation acted as the agent for the offering. The company has granted the Agent, options to acquire up to an aggregate of 200,000 common shares for a period of 24 months from the date that the company’s shares are listed on the TSXV. The agent also received a cash commission of $20,000 and a corporate finance fee of $12,500.

The TSXV has accepted the company’s listing application and its common shares are anticipated to resume trading on the TSXV at the opening of business on February 14, 2022, under the trading symbol XOX.P.
