Pangea Natural Foods (PNGA) is increasing its reach to potential new customers.

The British Columbia producer of plant-based food products has signed a distribution deal with British Airways, the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom.

Pangea’s Munchie Mix will now be available to business class passengers on British Airways flights. The mix is the company’s newest addition to its line of GMO-free products.

The agreement marks the company’s second airline partnership, following its distribution deal for the same product with Air Canada earlier in September.

With over 230 planes, British Airways operates one of the largest fleets of any airline in the world, serving 13 domestic United Kingdom destinations and 192 international destinations across 76 countries.

The company manufactures the product in-house in a facility in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland.

“We are excited to work with one of the world’s leading airlines to introduce the Pangea Munchie Mix into British Airways’ fleet of planes. Whether a traveller is waiting in an airport lounge or on a long-haul global flight, the Munchie Mix is a high-protein, healthy mix for satisfying a passenger’s snack cravings,” said Pangea CEO Pratap Sandhu.

Pangea Natural Foods is up 3.13 percent, trading at $0.16 at 10:28 am ET.
