Radisson Mining (RDS) has revealed the latest intercepts from its ongoing exploration programs at its O’Brien gold project.

The company is conducting a robust 60-kilometre drilling program on the property, and drilling has focused on the Upper and Lower 36 E zone’s.

The company hit a 3.07 gram per tonne result over 32.2 metes from the Upper 36E zone, that included multiple smaller, higher grade intercepts.

These included two metres at 5.2 grams per tonne, 2.7 metres at 7.12 grams per tonne, 2.3 metres at 6.52 grams per tonne and 3.2 metres at 8.04 grams per tonne.

The lower zone returned a couple of short but very high intercepts, including a two-metre result at 37.76 grams per tonne gold, including 75.2 grams per tonne gold over one metre.

Another lower zone result of note was a two-metre strike at eight grams per tonne, including one metre at 15.9 grams per tonne.

President and CEO of Radisson Mining, Mario Bouchard said drilling results had continued to show significant upside within the O’Brien project.

“Our exploration program is focused on three key opportunities for resource expansion: the western extension of the first mineralised trend defined on Lower 36E, the second mineralised trend recently highlighted approximately 300 metres east of the first trend and on resources expansion opportunities at shallower depths east and west of these two trends.

“We look forward to releasing additional updates as we continue to drill test high potential targets over the coming months,” he said.

Radisson Mining (RDS) is down 6.7 per cent and is trading at $0.275 per share at 11:10 am EDT.
