Nurcapital Corporation (NCL.H) has terminated the definitive business combination agreement with Green Sky Labs (GSL).

The agreement was dated March 19, 2021 and amended on June 29, 2021, and October 27, 2021.

In line with the terms of the termination, GSL has agreed to issue 200,000 warrants to Nurcapital to purchase common shares of GSL, exercisable within five years from the effective date of the termination, with an exercise price of $1.35.

The corporation will continue to identify and evaluate prospective business opportunities for the completion of its qualifying transaction.

Nurcapital is a capital pool company on the NEX Board of the TSXV.

Nurcapital Corporation Ltd. was unchanged at $0.20 at 1:22 PM ET.
