New Leaf Ventures (NLV) has entered into a letter of intent with Stash House via its subsidiary, New Leaf USA, Inc. 

Stash House is a manufacturing, technology, and logistics company.

New Leaf USA will manufacture, distribute, and market highly desirable brands in Washington State utilizing Stash House’s logistics and sales platform.

Stash House manufacturers and distributes a wide variety of cannabis “finished form” products to meet the needs of dispensary customers. 

New Leaf Ventures is a licensed producer and processor of ultra-premium cannabis. The company’s flagship enterprise is New Leaf USA and its subsidiaries.

Shares in New Leaf Ventures (NLV) are currently trading at C$0.055 per share.
