Nevada Exploration (NGE) announces a non-brokered private placement.

The offering of up to 25,000,000 units at a price of $0.13 per unit will generate total gross proceeds of up to C$3,250,000.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant can be exercised to acquire an additional share for $0.20 for 30 months after the closing date.

Proceeds will be used to fund the company’s current Phase 3 drill program at its wholly-owned South Grass Valley Carlin-type gold project, and for general working capital.

Securities issued during the offering will be subject to a four-month plus one-day hold period from the date of issue. 

The offering is being made available to qualifying existing company shareholders.

Nevada Exploration Inc is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral resource properties. The company’s Nevada project properties include Grass Valley, South grass valley and Kelly Creek.

Nevada Exploration Inc. (NGE) opened trading at $0.18 per share.
