NEO Battery Materials (NBM) has signed an agreement with Applied Carbon Nano Technology Ltd.

The partnership aims to advance NEO’s patent-pending carbon nanotube (CNT) coating technology for silicon anode materials with applied Carbon Nano Technology Ltd.

The CNT market expected to reach US$10.7 billion by 2028, growing at 10.8 per cent compound annual growth rate (CAGR).

NEO’s President and CEO, Spencer Huh, commented that in establishing a functional R&D relationship with ACN in South Korea, the company strongly expects that their deep understanding and experience in CNT development and its applied technologies could be an added value for his company.

“We also believe that there will be a fruitful synergy for mutual benefits in the near term.”

Applied Carbon Nano Technology Inc. focuses on developing and commercializing CNT products with expertise in EV lithium-ion batteries, battery recycling, and graphene technologies.
