Luminosity Gaming, the esports organization of Enthusiast Gaming (EGLX), is now the most popular esports community on Twitch.

Twitch is the world's leading live streaming platform for gamers and the things they love.

With over 40 million hours watched in March, Luminosity out-streamed the runner-up by over 15 million hours.

The organization ranked number two in February but saw the number of views on its channels surge in March, bringing it into the number one spot.

Adrian Montgomery, CEO of Enthusiast Gaming, commented on the news.

“The surging popularity of Luminosity is a testament to the incredible talent of our players and creators, as well as the loyalty of our fans,” he said.

"Luminosity Gaming is a strategic asset and a critical component of the integrated customer offering in our overall flywheel of diversified media and entertainment properties, adding an exciting and tangible element to our overall growth potential,” he added.

Forbes included Enthusiast Gaming, which encompasses Luminosity, on its list of Most Valuable Esports Companies, which was released in December 2020.

Enthusiast Gaming is building the world’s largest media platform of communities for gamers and esports fans, reaching over 300 million gaming enthusiasts on a monthly basis.

Enthusiast Gaming’s esports division, Luminosity Gaming, is a leading global esports franchise that consists of 7 professional esports teams under ownership and management, including the Vancouver Titans Overwatch team and the Seattle Surge Call of Duty team.
