Lumine Group, a division of Constellation Software (CSU) subsidiary Volaris Group, has acquired Kansys.

Kansys provides modular billing subscription management, event intelligence and mediation software for communication service providers and tier-1 enterprise corporations.

Founded in 1997 in Kansas, USA, the company serves customers in North America, the Caribbean, Europe and South America, particularly through its cloud-based Edge software suite.

Tony Garcia, Subscription Management Group Leader at Lumine Group, stated,
