Kontrol (KNR) provided financial results for the three and six months ended June 30th, 2022.

The company earned Q2 revenues of $29.1 million, up 599 per cent year-over-year and revenues for the six months ended were $55.8 million.

Adjusted EBITDA was $2.0 million and $4.5 million for the three, and six months ended respectively.

Net income for the six months ended was $2.7 million, compared to a net loss of $645,597 for the same period in the prior year.

Gross profit for the six months ended June 30th was $13.6 million, while working capital was $9.1 million, an increase of $5.4 million over the year-end balance on December 31, 2021.

Kontrol’s CEO, Paul Ghezzi said that Q2 was the company’s highest-ever revenue quarter in its history.

“The company’s first half performance reflects continued operational execution as we work diligently to scale the Kontrol platform while maintaining discipline in our operations and capital structure.”
