Komo Plant-Based Foods (YUM) has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1,080,252.
The company issued 7.7 million units priced at $0.14 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant titles the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.20 for a period of 24 months.
On February 11, the company completed a private placement for gross proceeds of $981,208.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for operations and expansion across Canada and the United States.
