Celestica (CLS) has appointed Jill Kale to its Board of Directors.

Kale is an experienced technology and aerospace, and defense professional. She has served in various leadership positions, most recently as Sector President of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions (CAES).

She currently sits on the Board of Directors of iDirect Government, LLC. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ST Engineering iDirect, Inc., which provides secure satellite-based voice, video and data applications. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Hensoldt, Inc., the U.S. affiliate of Hensoldt AG, a German defense company.

Kale has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from George Washington University.
