Jackpot Digital (TSXV:JJ) signed a licensing agreement to install three Jackpot Blitz dealerless poker electronic table game at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort in Jackson, California.

This expands the company’s growing Jackpot Blitz footprint. The installation is subject to Jackpot obtaining the customary regulatory and licensing approvals.

Year-to-date, the company has announced new agreements or letters of intent for 20 Jackpot Blitz table installations and has received letters of intent for 16 more tables from yet-to-be-announced partners, for a total of 36 new Jackpot Blitz orders so far this year. These new orders, once installed, represent a 55 per cent increase in Jackpot Blitz installations.

“We continue to experience strong demand for Jackpot Blitz,” Jackpot’s president and CEO, Jake Kalpakian said in a news release. “Our customers tell us Jackpot Blitz is more attractive than ever before because of the many problems it solves, including cost control and the ability to fully automate the tournament functionality of a large-scale poker room with minimal staff requirements. We are not aware of any other poker-first machines like Jackpot Blitz in the marketplaces, and so we are uniquely positioned to take advantage of the macro trend toward automation in the casino industry. Through the innovative dealerless Jackpot Blitz technology, casinos are quickly recognizing the benefits of more revenues by dealing more hands per hour while at the same time drastically reducing costs and eliminating operational/employee requirements all at once. Demand for Jackpot Blitz has strengthened since introduction of our next generation Jackpot Blitz, which allows for cash in/out and easier integration with each casino’s back-end system.”

Located in Jackson, California, the resort includes the casino with table games, slots, and a high-limit room, hotel, as well as an RV park.

Jackpot Digital is an electronic table games manufacturer for the cruise ship industry and regulated casino industry. The company specializes in multiplayer gaming products, including poker and casino games. These are complemented by a robust suite of backend tools for operators to efficiently control and optimize their gaming business.
