Infinity Stone Ventures (GEMS) has staked new mineral claims.

The Vancouver-based mineral resource company has staked the claims adjacent to Patriot Battery Metals’ Corvette Lithium Discovery.

Both are located in the James Bay region of Quebec.

On April 28, Patriot Battery Metals announced it had completed logging drill core from its winter program at the discovery.

Infinity Stone continues actively looking to acquire portfolio assets in other sectors such as SaaS solutions and energy metals.

President of Altus Capital Partners and newly-appointed Infinity Stone Ventures board member Michael Townsend commented on the news.

“We are excited to help Infinity Stone achieve its goals of finding and developing energy metal projects, alongside the development of its software business. We believe the company is on the right track with the Rockstone Graphite Project, as it holds the right to acquire a 100 per cent interest in the property and the project is close to a major mining center, is located on a highway just 50km from rail and major port in Thunder Bay, Ontario.”

Infinity Stone Ventures is down 6.38 percent, trading at $0.22 at 1:50 p.m. ET.
