Income Financial Trust (INC.UN) reports its monthly distribution of $0.13367 per unit.

The distribution is payable on November 10 to unitholders on record as of October 29.

Holders on record will receive a dividend of $0.13367 per unit based on the volume-weighted average market of $16.04.

Under the distribution policy from 2013, the monthly distribution is determined by applying a 10 per cent annualized rate on the volume-weighted average market price of Income Financial’s units over the last three trading days.

This compares to last month’s distribution of $0.14125 per unit with a volume-weighted average market price of $16.95

Income Financial unitholders received a total of $35.48 per unit in distributions since establishment, which includes this month’s distribution.

This past August, Income Financial established an at-the-market equity program that allows it to issue trust units to the public from time to time. It is effective until August 26, 2023.

The maximum gross proceeds from the issuance of the trust units are $10 million.

The volume and timing of distributions under the program are determined only by Income Financial’s discretion.

During the first half of 2021, Income Financial’s revenues increased from -$3.7 million to $3.1 million. Net income totalled $2.9 million.

Income Financial invests in a portfolio of North American financial services companies including some of the strongest Canadian & U.S. banks, life insurance and investment firms.

Income Financial Trust (INC.UN) is up 0.061 per cent and is trading at $16.31 per share at 11:58 p.m. ET.
