iMining Technologies (IMIN), a Web3.0 technology company has launched Metaverse Advisory Group, a subsidiary focused on acquiring new metaverse assets.

Metaverse Advisory Group works with a portfolio of virtual properties and NFT sectors for BitBit Financial Inc. customers and iMining shareholders.

The subsidiary will be led by iMining’s CTO, Dwain Pereira, along with a development team.

Khurram Shroff, President and CEO of iMining, stated,

“Physical and virtual real estate are extremely similar… the land becomes more sought after for its ability to reach a new global demographic.”

iMining has acquired metaverse assets, including digital land in the Decentraland Metaverse and a collection of 16 NFT assets from 1850142 Ontario Inc. for 2.5 million common shares.
