Hudson Resources (HUD) has agreed to issue 3,233,333 common shares at a price of C$0.05 per share in settlement of debts.

These involve payable and accrued liabilities totalling C$161,666.67 for directors’ fees owed to former and current directors of the company and for management fees owed to the company’s CFO.

The debt settlement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The settlement shares will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Hudson Resources Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company.
