Gratomic (GRAT) has closed its non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $5,532,157.

The company issued a total of 3,951,541 working capital units priced at $1.40 per unit. Each WC unit consists of one common share and one-quarter of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $1.45. 

Gratomic is an advanced materials company focused on low-cost mine to market commercialization of carbon-neutral, eco-friendly, high purity vein graphite.

Shares in Gratomic Inc. (GRAT) are up 0.91 per cent, trading at C$1.11 per share at 11:15 am EST.
