Graph Blockchain (GBLC) has closed a private placement of 76,190,477 common shares and warrants for gross proceeds of C$10 million.

The warrants have an exercise price of C$0.175 per common share and may be exercised at any time prior to the five-year anniversary of the issuance date.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the exclusive placement agent for the private placement.

Paul Haber, CEO of Graph Blockchain Inc., commented,

“We are pleased to see institutional support with this financing round. The completion of the offering will strengthen our balance sheet, and with a strong cash position, Graph can accelerate its crypto token programs.”

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. was paid a cash commission of 8% of the gross proceeds raised and issued warrants to purchase up to an equivalent of 8% of the number of shares offered in the private placement.

Each broker warrant has an exercise price of C$0.16406 and may be exercised at any time prior to the five-year anniversary of the issuance date.
