Goodfood (FOOD) has teamed up with Aloette Go to bring Michelin-inspired recipes to Canadians’ doorsteps this winter.

The company, together with Aloette Go, will offer two meal kits, Seared Scallops and Wagyu Burger meal kit. The kits are developed in collaboration with Aloette Executive Chef Solomon Mason and Goodfood Head Chef Jordana Rebner.

The Aloette Wagyu Burger meal kit is inspired by one of Aloette’s iconic dishes. It will be available to order for a limited time by Goodfood subscribers across the country.

The Toronto-based Alo Food Group, Aloette Go, offers a high-quality takeout and delivery experience. Alo Food Group also owns Alo and Alobar Yorkville. These are two of the first restaurants to receive a Michelin Star in Canada in September.

Jordana Rebner, Head Chef of Goodfood, commented on the news.

“At Goodfood, our priority is to make cooking and eating an exciting activity. It sparks joy and brings people together rather than causing stress. Partnering with Aloette Go to offer our subscribers a unique home-cooking experience allows us to deliver on our promise to make mealtime more enjoyable. It is especially relevant during these winter months when we could all use a little more joy in our lives!”

Goodfood is a Canadian online grocery, home meal and meal kit company based in Montreal.

Goodfood Market Corp. (FOOD) is up 11.34 per cent, trading at C$0.54 per share at 9:05 am ET.
