Goldshore Resources (GSHR) has announced the gold assay results from its ongoing drill program at the Moss Lake Project in Ontario.

Results for five holes have been highlighted, which infilled previous poorly surveyed drill sections on the project’s main zone. Goldshore stated it has confirmed gold mineralization within a large volume of well-mineralized diorite with continuous intercepts of gold.

President and CEO of Goldshore, Brett Richards, stated,

“As we have been discussing for some time, the continued results of intersecting wide zones of [more than one gram of gold per tonne] mineralization underpin our belief that the Moss Lake Deposit has potential… It can be seen that the projected grade shell of [more than one gram of gold per tonne] is significant at this early stage, and we will look to further explore these high-grade areas as we continue with our program.”

The new data will replace the low-confidence historic holes in the company’s upcoming resource model update.

Pete Flindell, Vice President of Exploration for Goldshore, added,

“These drill results confirm our contention that there are coherent zones of [more than one gram of gold per tonne] mineralization with a sea of low-grade mineralization that should allow for the generation of a smaller, higher-grade resource at the Moss Lake Project.”

Goldshore stated drilling is ongoing for these areas.

Goldshore Resources Inc. (GSHR) is unchanged, trading at $0.18 per share at 12:13 p.m. ET.
