Goldflare Exploration (GOFL) has appointed current Finance and Administration Manager, David Corbeil-Héneault to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

He replaces the company’s current CFO, Michel Lemay.

The company’s President and CEO, Ghislain Morin explained that David rose quickly through the ranks of two Canadian financial institutions and has made a significant contribution to modernizing Goldflare’s internal financial management processes since joining Goldflare nearly 9 months ago.

Goldflare is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company that owns a diversified portfolio of properties, including the Aiguebelle-Goldfields, Ranger, Windfall and Syenite Condor Properties; and holds half of the Destorbelle Property. All its properties are located in Abitibi-Temiscamingue.

Shares of Goldflare Exploration Inc. were down 10 per cent, trading at $0.045 as of 3:05 pm ET.
